Against the backdrop of environmental measures, there is an urgent need for the new development of production processing technologies for higher-performance high-strength steel plates, while also actively utilizing existing high-strength steel plate processing as part of daily operations. In the molding of closed profiles such as tubes, not only various types of welding but also closed joints through folding are possible. With the quick-change tool cassette, maintenance of the forming rolls can be carried out offline without stopping production on the forming machine.
